Ordering Terms & Conditions

1. All payments for our products are payable in New Zealand dollars and include GST (if applicable).

2. You must pay us for the purchase of the products in full before we dispatch the products to you. Payment for the products will be made by you authorising us to charge any one of your nominated payment methods - Visa, Mastercard, Direct Credit, Cheque.

3. The price for the products is as quoted on our site at the time of making your order, plus the costs associated with additional services (gift wrapping) and shipping the products to you.

4. A separate charge for shipping will be shown on the invoice which accompanies the product.

5. Our shipping charges cover the cost of transporting the goods to your delivery address but do NOT include any duties or taxes charged by your customs. Nor do our product prices include export fees, duties, tarriffs or other charges that may be associated with exporting the products.

6. Products are at your risk as soon as they have been delivered to you.

7. As per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where you have simply chosen to return goods to us and nothing is wrong with them, we may then choose to either credit your nominated payment method with an amount equal to the cost of the products (excluding shipping) or provide you with a grahamesydney.com gift voucher equal to the cost of the products. Where the products are faulty or damaged, you can choose whether you want us to either replace the products or give you a full refund on your nominated payment method. You have 30 days from the date of the dispatch of the products to return them to us, in as-new condition and with the accompanying proof of purchase.

8. You may use the content of this site only for the purposes of shopping on this site, or placing an order and for no other purpose. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
